Credit Requirement:
• Each adult leaseholder must have a minimum credit score of 700 as reported by an accredited consumer‑reporting agency.
• Scores between 650-699 may be considered in our discretion (e.g. with an approved guarantor and/or an additional security deposit equal to one month’s rent).
• We do not accept applicants with open landlord judgments, unpaid rental collections, or bankruptcy filed within the past 24 months.
• All approvals are subject to verification of minimum income ( ≥ 3× monthly rent ) and satisfactory rental history.
